– Charles Thompson (aka Black Francis; aka Frank Black) of the Pixies. Charles said this during the 2010/01/22 Sound Opinions classic album dissection of Doolittle, which is a great listen if you know the album or the band. It was also very cool to hear him talk about lyrics.
